For the property known as the Martings Building, located at 515 Chillicothe Street Portsmouth, Ohio 45662, a non-mandatory walkthrough is scheduled for Friday, June 10, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Following the Subject Property walkthrough, the building will remain open to Contractors for further inspection until 12:00 p.m. EST. A Portsmouth representative must escort the potential Contractors at all times through the building. This will be the only opportunity Contractors will have inside the building. Any questions must be submitted by Friday, June 17, 2022 via email to Tetra Tech at matthew.wagner@tetratech.com as Portsmouth’s consultant, with a copy to Portsmouth representative at tshearer@portsmouthoh.org. Questions will be answered via an addendum to be issued by approximately Monday, June 20th, 2022. Bid Submittal Deadline All bids are due to Portsmouth no later than 5:00 PM EST Thursday, June 24th, 2022.
