Request a Service
Welcome to the City of Portsmouth’s Request a Service page. We use a ticket based support system so that the community can report problems and request services from the city. The administration can view these tickets and respond accordingly. This system will allow the community and administration to view and track progress on certain city projects.
What is a ticket?
A ticket is a support request that is made and sent to the city for review. Once the ticket is approved it will be displayed on the community tickets page where the city can reply to your issue and update progress accordingly.
