Zoning Permit

Before you begin any project, the first step is to verify the zoning for the property you are doing work on. Each zoning district has different permitted uses and the proposed work/use you are planning must be included in the list of permitted uses for that specific district. An approved Zoning Permit will allow you to use the property for what you are proposing.

If your permit application is denied, you may appeal the decision to the Board of Zoning Appeals by filling out the application in the link below and pay the required fee.
