“To see things in the seed, that is genius.” – Lao Tzu
Too often, our most vulnerable populations are neglected and struggling communities fall into disrepair and severe economic decline. Here in small-town Southern Ohio, we’re changing the narrative for local residents by investing in our futures and our communities. We’re planting seeds, breaking bread and we’re inviting everyone to take a seat at the table with us.
OUR MISSION is to provide education in sustainable agriculture and entrepreneurship, and to implement projects that promote healthy living, environmental awareness and community engagement.
OUR VISION is to create happy, healthy and sustainable futures for everyone.
Co-Founded in 2018 by Andrew Carter, Leanne Johnson and Amanda Lewis as a program of the 14th Street Community Center, WMGO is now a non-profit organization providing hands-on education in agriculture, entrepreneurship and community engagement.
