3. New Items –

a. Review application for John and Andrea McClellan at 325 Front Street, Portsmouth, Ohio, 45662.

1. New 18 x 24 one-story addition at the rear (alley side); same 6/12 gable, continues the existing ridge. White double-hung windows.
2. Roof (house, porch, addition): tear-off; Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles, ONYX BLACK; black drip edge; ridge vent.
3. Siding: Dutch lap vinyl, PEWTER (house and addition); gray cedar-shake vinyl on the front gable; gray trim; white soffit.
4. Black aluminum fascia wrap; black 5-in seamless gutters and downspouts; white vinyl post covers on the 4 porch columns.Black aluminum porch and step railings. See Attachment A (page 2), color renderings, elevations and photos of the house.

b. Review application for Scioto County Heritage Museum at 701 Market Street Portsmouth, Ohio 45662

1. The Marsh House will receive a new soffit and gutters to ensure water is directed away from second story window.
2. Brick and mortar repair is necessary in the upper right-hand corner, as is window lintel leveling. A new lintel will be installed in the front door, as well.
3. This work shores up the front-facing façade and prepares it for further renovation, including the possibility of repainting the entire structure.

c. Review application for Tri-State CPA – Matt Setters at 709 6^th Street Portsmouth, Ohio 45662

1. New addition to 709 6^th Street to match the street scape with 2,000 Square feet and brick façade.
2. New front canopy and sign to be added.
