About
Diana has served as the City Clerk for the City of Portsmouth for 9 years. Since she has been with the city, she has been involved as a volunteer with the Shade Tree Commission and helped with the planning of the Arbor Day events. Diana serves as a board member with Main Street Portsmouth and recently was awarded the “Main Street Portsmouth Ellen Vetter Memorial Service Award”. In 2013 & 2014 she photographed each department within the city and assembled the City’s Organization Booklet. Before becoming a city employee, she worked in the insurance industry for 31 years and also received my State certification in Phlebotomy. Outside of work, Diana has been married to husband Bob Ratliff for 41 years and has a daughter and son-in-law Ashley and Eric Spille and two granddaughters – Addyson Marie Spille and Harper Nicole Spille. She and her husband enjoy time with family, traveling and hosting The Ohio State game day parties.
