Andy Cole, Third Ward
Council member Andy Cole was born and raised in Portsmouth attending Portsmouth High School and obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Acute HealthCare Management at Shawnee State University.
Andy has lived in the third ward for over 15 years. He is employed as an Operations Manager for Premier Kites which he helped relocate to Portsmouth in 2006.
Andy believes the most important issues for our community are promoting and maintaining the safety of our neighborhoods, investing in our infrastructural needs and ensuring the most responsible use of our tax payer dollars.
Andy is focused on enhancing the quality of life for local Residents, Businesses and Visitors.
