Shawnee State Park – Birding Caravan & Creature Feature

Birding Caravan – 9AM
• Join Dave Riepenhoff on a journey around the park, forest, and river bottoms in search of ducks, geese, eagles, hawks, and anything else that’s moving.
• Meet at the Shawnee Lodge.
• Bring binoculars and dress in layers.
Creature Feature – 1:00 PM
• Join a naturalist to learn about migratory birds and where to see them in the area.
• Meet at the Nature Nook in the Shawnee Lodge.
• Bring your sense of curiosity.
